What you’ll do

• Develop and refine categorisation and prediction models (time-series forecasting, neural networks, clustering) that drive our core insights pipeline.
• Ensure data quality and build efficient data engineering at scale.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts to translate model outputs into client-ready analysis. 
• Contribute to improvements across our data pipelines and analytics infrastructure using Python and SQL.
• Incorporate the latest AI/ML techniques, taking proof-of-concept through to production deployment.

What you bring

• A first-class academic background in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics etc.
• Practical experience or coursework in time-series analysis, neural networks or unsupervised learning.
• Excellent programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch) and SQL.
• Hands-on experimentation with modern AI tools and agent frameworks.
• An obsession with data quality, experimentation and iterative improvement.
• Startup DNA: self-starter, fast learner and comfortable voicing strong, data-driven opinions.
